The company is based in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex and was established to provide a communication link between the fishing industry and other companies or agencies while providing efficient, expert solutions to businesses and individuals. Our primary services include supplying Fisheries Liaison Office Based, Fisheries Liaison Officers (FLO) at sea when required, Marine Mammal Observers (MMO) Offshore Crew and communications with the fishing industry assistance with forms and business plans to support applications for European Fisheries Fund and other funding programmes. We also offer a host of specialty services to cater to the unique needs of our clients including reporting on project progress. Call for further information.

Managed by David Guy who has a lifetime of experience working in the fishing industry including more than 8 years experience of working with EU and national funds.  The Renewable Energy sector is becoming increasingly featured in our work in the more recent years. We have excellent communications with industry and have an extensive up to date database covering many ports in the UK. 

Previously specialising in EU funds we have secured millions of pounds for UK companies and have an unrivalled record of success. David has worked in the fishing industry since leaving school in 1977 and fully understands what is required to support the latest policy changes being implemented by the European Commission. The completion of the Seafish/ MMO contract has provided an opportunity to offer full support to industry at all levels. The previous 6 years working with funding support has given David a full and detailed understanding of what is required to give each project the very best chance of success and accessing the funding available. David is a very well respected MMO appointee to the Sussex IFCA (now retired) and sat on the Balanced Seas Group. This keeps the partnership fully updated of all changes to policy and EU guidance for industry.  David's success rate with EU funds is over 90%
